DSA, French regulatory authority recommends companies step up measures to combat online hate content more effectively

On Monday 24 July, the French Audiovisual and Digital Communications Regulatory Authority (Arcom) published a report in which it recommends that the very large online platforms that will have to comply with the Digital Services Act (DSA) (see EUROPE B13221A33) from 25 August should strengthen their transparency and moderation measures to combat online hate content.
