05/07/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 5 July, the General Court of the European Union upheld the appeal lodged by two Russian companies and annulled the European Commission’s implementing regulation (2020/2100) of December 2020 that imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports into the EU of ammonium nitrate originating in Russia (Case T-126/21) (see EUROPE B12345A19).
