Joint purchase of gas, European Commission launches a second call

On Monday 26 June, the European Commission launched a second call for EU companies to register their gas purchasing requirements via the AggregateEU mechanism, the platform dedicated to the joint purchase of gas on the international market. 

This second exercise builds on a successful first tender (see EUROPE B13179A4), in which nearly 11 billion cubic metres of aggregated European gas demand was bid for by reliable suppliers.
