Commission approves acquisition of activities of Italian group Enel in Romania by Greek group Public Power Corporation

23/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 23 June, the Commission announced that it had authorised the acquisition of sole control of the activities of the electricity producer and distributor Enel S.p.A. (Italy) in Romania by Public Power Corporation S.A. (Greece), a company active in the production, supply and distribution of electricity, mainly in Greece.
