Occupational exposure to asbestos, vote in Employment and Social Affairs Committee scheduled for 26 April

12/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – The vote in the European Parliament’s Committee on Employment and Social Affairs (EMPL) on the directive on occupational exposure to asbestos will take place at the 26-27 April meeting, two sources said on 12 April (see EUROPE B13153A8), and not next week during the plenary session, as was originally thought. A confirmation vote on the report by Véronique Trillet-Lenoir (Renew Europe, French) is then expected to take place on 8 May in the plenary session,...
