Member States devise future measures to assist cultural sector faced with rising energy prices

As culture suffers from rising energy prices, the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the EU started to reflect on measures to support the sector in early 2023. This reflection is provided for in the EU Work Plan for Culture 2023-2026 and should feed into a new action aimed at better preparing the sector for the green transition from 2024.
