European Commission is expected to finally unveil its proposal for a revision of pharmaceutical legislation on 26 April

29/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has rescheduled the adoption of its pharmaceutical package in its indicative agenda for 26 April. The legislative package is expected to include a proposal for a revision of the EU pharmaceutical legislation, a proposal for a revision of the EU legislation on medicines for children and rare diseases, and finally a proposal for a recommendation on European action against antimicrobial resistance.
