23/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said, on Thursday 23 March at the end of the first day of the European Council, that the €56.3 million mobilised via the crisis reserve to support farmers in border countries affected by the influx of cereals and oilseeds from Ukraine were “not enough” (see EUROPE B13145A11).
