Preparation of European Council, relations with UK and dialogue on rule of law on agenda of EU countries

On Tuesday 21 March, the ministers of the EU Member States responsible for European affairs will prepare the work of the Spring European Council, which will meet on Thursday 23 and Friday 24 March in the presence of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres.
