MEPs approve provisional agreement on ‘machinery and equipment’ regulation

02/03/23 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday, 2 March, members of the European Parliament’s Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) adopted (36 votes in favour, one against) the provisional agreement that the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU and the European Parliament’s negotiators reached in December on the ‘machinery and equipment’ regulation (see EUROPE B13085A17).
