According to ICCT, electric trucks and buses emit 63% less greenhouse gas emissions over their lifetime

07/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The NGO International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) published a study on Monday 6 February in which it highlights that battery-electric trucks and buses emit 63% fewer emissions over their lifetime than those using diesel. These results, the ICCT points out, are based on an average power system mix that is not entirely renewable.
