European Supervisory Authorities consult on system for exchange of information relevant to fit and proper assessments

01/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The three European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) - EBA, ESMA and EIOPA - on Tuesday 31 January launched a consultation paper on draft joint guidelines on the system for the exchange of information when assessing the fitness and propriety requirements.
