26/01/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday, 26 January, the European Commission indicated that no fewer than 17 EU Member States still had not complied with the Enforcement Directive on Posting of Workers. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia were each sent a reasoned opinion.
