Mónica Silvana González sanctioned for moral harassment of three parliamentary assistants

19/01/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 17 January, the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, decided to sanction the Spanish Socialist Mónica Silvana González for moral harassment of her three accredited parliamentary assistants. The sanctions include a one-month ban on her activities as an MEP and the loss of her daily allowance of €338. Ms Silvana González can appeal against this decision. (MB)
