On Thursday 19 January, the European Commission published several implementing regulations imposing anti-dumping duties on several products from different countries. These measures target Indonesia, China and Thailand.
Certain fatty acids from Indonesia will now be subject to a definitive anti-dumping duty ranging from 15.2 to 46.4%. After investigation, the Commission found that these imports were causing injury to the European industry.
