In response to US IRA, Franco-German proposals for ‘green’ European industrial policy

In the wake of the recent European summit (see EUROPE B13085A2), on Monday 19 December the Franco-German tandem unveiled joint proposals to support the development of a European industry based on green technologies, in response to the American Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
