MEPs approve compromise text on access to waters

Brussels, 26/10/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 26 October, members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Fisheries approved the compromise text between EU institutions on access restrictions for fishing vessels. The draft report by Pierre Karleskind (Renew Europe, French) on this dossier was approved with 19 votes in favour, 1 against and 2 abstentions.
