The European Commission amended, on Thursday 28 July, its proposal on the trans-European transport network (TEN-T) (see EUROPE B12996A7) to take into account the consequences of Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine.
The proposal now includes the extension of four European transport corridors to Ukraine and Moldova. This extension had already been prepared in early July, when the Commission adopted the revised TEN-T network maps for Ukraine.
