EPP group in European Parliament wants to go further in sending arms to Ukraine
Brussels, 03/05/2022 (Agence Europe)

The EPP group would like to strengthen EU support for sending military equipment to Ukraine by means of a proposal for an EU law on leasing.

According to the group, this act should be designed to temporarily facilitate trade in arms and weapons with beneficiary countries (i.e. Ukraine) by providing pre-financing for exports and eliminating export controls on weaponry.
