Dan Nica will be rapporteur on European Chips Act and Eva Maydell on ‘semiconductor’ joint venture

Brussels, 20/04/2022 (Agence Europe) – Romanian Social Democrat MEP Dan Nica will be rapporteur on the ‘European Chips Act’ according to public information on the European Parliament website on Wednesday 20 April. Bulgarian EPP member Eva Maydell will be responsible for the regulation on joint ventures. The legislative timetable has not yet been communicated to us. In the EU Council, the technical work is still pending the publication of the Commission’s working document, scheduled for early May (see EUROPE 12929/28). (PH)
