Brussels, 24/03/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) fined the trade repository REGIS-TR €186,000 for eight violations of the EU Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) on Thursday 24 March. Established in Luxembourg in 2010, REGIS-TR is one of Europe’s leading trade repositories, i.e. a central data centre where detailed information on transactions in financial derivatives is reported.
