EU adopts new missions to support Ukraine’s civilian security sector

21/03/2022 (Agence Europe) – On 18 March, the EU Council amended its Decision 2014/486/CFSP on the EU Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine) and added new temporary tasks, including advising the Ukrainian authorities - in particular the Ukrainian Border Guard, the customs service and local police forces - on facilitating the influx of refugees to Poland, Romania and Slovakia and the delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
