18/03/22 (Agence Europe) – Faced with the emerging global energy crisis triggered by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the International Energy Agency (IEA) presented, on Friday 18 March, a new 10-point plan to reduce oil consumption, following a first plan, unveiled on 3 March, to reduce the EU’s dependence on Russian gas (see EUROPE B12903A4).
