European Parliament gives green light to interinstitutional agreement on fourth revision of directive on protection of workers from carcinogens or mutagens

MEPs almost unanimously supported (686 votes in favour, 4 against, 4 abstentions) the interinstitutional agreement reached last December on the fourth revision of the directive on the protection of workers from risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens.

The co-legislators have included reprotoxic substances in the scope of the directive and ask the European Commission to come back with an action plan before 31 December 2022 to include 25 additional substances, with the...
