14/02/2022 (Agence Europe) – The opinion establishing the compatibility between the creation of transnational lists and the Treaty on European Union was drafted by the legal experts of the European Parliament and not the Council of the European Union, contrary to what we wrote on Friday 11 February (see EUROPE B12889A13). The error has been corrected online. (MB)
