EU calls conviction of former Syrian colonel “historic decision”

14/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 14 January, the spokesperson for the European External Action Service described as “historic” the verdict of a German court in which a former Syrian colonel, Anwar Raslan, was found guilty of crimes against humanity in 2011 and 2012 in Syria.
