Romanian recovery plan receives second pre-financing

13/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 13 January, the European Commission paid €1.9 billion to Romania as pre-financing for the ‘loan’ component of the Romanian recovery plan under the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan (see EUROPE B12799A12).
