Paris asks for initial tranche of aid for French recovery plan

26/11/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 26 November, France officially requested an initial payment of €7.4 billion to finance its national recovery plan under the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan. It will submit a payment request to the Commission every year until 2026, the French finance ministry said in a statement.
