Unified Patent Court one step closer to launch

22/10/2021 (Agence Europe) – Slovenia has deposited its instrument of ratification for the Protocol on the Provisional Application of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) Agreement and for the UPC Agreement itself, the website of the future Court announced on Monday 18 October.
