According to the latest data published by the World Trade Organization (WTO) on Monday 4 October, the volume of world trade in goods is expected to grow by 10.8% in 2021 compared to 2020. In March, the WTO had forecast 8% growth (see EUROPE B12691A17).
In 2022, the development of trade in goods is expected to slow down by 4%.
