The Nord Stream 2 pipeline to transport gas from Russia to Germany via the Baltic Sea is now “fully completed”, Russian gas giant Gazprom said on Twitter, on Friday 10 September. The announcement was reportedly made by the chairman of the company’s management committee, Alexei Miller, at a morning briefing at Gazprom.
