Market liberalisation, Germany condemned by Court of Justice for incomplete transposition of EU law

03/09/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Court of Justice of the European Union ruled on Thursday 2 September that Germany had failed to fulfil its obligations under Directives 2009/72 and 2009/73 aimed at liberalising the energy markets in the European Union (Case C-718/18).
