EU welcomes re-opening of communication lines between South and North Korea

28/07/2021 (Agence Europe) – European External Action Service spokesperson Nabila Massrali welcomed the reopening of communication lines between the South and North Korea earlier in the day on Tuesday 27 July. “This is an important confidence building measure”, she said on Twitter. In June 2020, Pyongyang unilaterally cut off official military and political communication channels.
