Portugal is sourcing vaccines from its European neighbours

28/07/2021 (Agence Europe) – Portugal is negotiating an additional 300,000 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine with Italy and on Tuesday 27 July, it received 200,000 doses of AstraZeneca’s vaccine purchased from Hungary, AFP reported. The country, which has reportedly obtained 290,000 doses from Norway, is one of the most advanced in terms of vaccination (see EUROPE B12770A9): 80% of people over 18 have received a first dose of the vaccine and 63% have received a second dose, according to...
