The European Parliament’s Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) on Monday 14 June began examining the many amendments tabled to the draft reports (see EUROPE B12698A13) on the digital finance package presented in September 2020.
The first divisions are emerging, notably on the report on the proposed regulation on Markets in Crypto-assets (MiCA), where more than 1,150 amendments have been tabled.
