07/06/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Slovenian national parliament has adopted amendments to its Criminal Code on Saturday 5 June, redefining rape as sexual intercourse without consent. Until now, for an act to be defined as rape, the Slovenian Criminal Code required proof that coercion, use or threat of force had taken place.
