Frontex director to be interviewed on Thursday 4 March by European Parliament’s fact-finding group

03/03/2021 (Agence Europe) – The head of the Frontex agency, Fabrice Leggeri, will be heard this Thursday 4 March by the MEPs who are members of the Frontex Scrutiny Working Group, the European Parliament announced in a press release. Commissioner Ylva Johansson will also be heard. On 5 March, a new Management Board of the Agency will take place and will have to discuss the latest assessments on the accusations of migrant pushbacks and the hiring of fundamental rights staff.
