AliExpress is committed to complying with EU law

11/02/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has obtained a commitment from the Chinese digital platform AliExpress to respect consumer rights guaranteed by EU legislation, the European Commission announced on Thursday 11 February. This is the result of cooperation between the institution and ACM, in coordination with the competent national authorities of other Member States, to put an end to unfair clauses and practices in the online marketplace....
