EU airports and tourism organisations call for revision of State Aid rules

20/01/2021 (Agence Europe) – European airports and tourist organisations launched an urgent appeal, on Wednesday 20 January, for an amendment to the temporary framework on State Aid linked to Covid-19. ACI Europe and the ‘European Travel Commission’ sent a letter to Margrethe Vestager, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission. The letter points out that the tightening of restrictions is preventing any recovery in passenger traffic and reveals yet even steeper falls in air...
