Member States’ Ambassadors to the EU decided on Wednesday 16 December to remove Uruguay from the common list of non-Member States whose residents are allowed to travel to the EU for non-essential reasons. With this withdrawal, the list defined on 30 June is therefore reduced to 8 countries.
