EU leaders determined to relaunch strategic partnership with Southern Neighbourhood countries

At their summit on 10-11 December, EU leaders are expected to adopt conclusions on the EU’s Southern Neighbourhood, in which they emphasise their commitment to relaunching the partnership with the Southern Neighbourhood.
