EU Council's position on ‘Eurovignette’ Directive is in process of being approved

The European Transport Ministers, meeting at an informal video conference on Tuesday 8 December(see EUROPE B12617A15), gave almost unanimous, albeit timid, support to the latest version of the compromise text on the revision of the ‘Eurovignette’ Directive on the charging of heavy goods vehicles for the use of certain infrastructures (see EUROPE B12613A14).
