European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties concerned over impact of emergency measures on fundamental rights

The European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties (LIBE) adopted a resolution by 50 votes to 11 (with 3 abstentions) calling on the European Commission and EU Member States to assess the national emergency measures taken during the first wave of the pandemic, and to exercise caution with their current measures.
