More than one thousand unaccompanied minors have been able to leave Greece since March

01/10/2020 (Agence Europe) – The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) on Wednesday 30 September welcomed the fact that 1,066 unaccompanied minors have now been able to leave the camps on the Greek islands to join other Member States under the voluntary relocation programme launched last March. Germany was the destination for 139 people and a total of 1,066 asylum-seekers had been moved from Greece to Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg...
