The European Parliament returned, on Monday 14 September, a few hours before the opening of the plenary session, to its decision to include on the agenda the vote on the post-Brexit operation of the Channel Tunnel (see EUROPE B12549A9).

A corrigendum on one of the two texts to be voted on was sent by the European Commission to the Parliament and the Council of the EU on Monday. It relates specifically to recital 11 and Article 1(4) of the draft regulation to amend Directive 2016/798 on...
