The digitalisation of Justice will be one of the highest priorities for the German Presidency of the Council of the EU, German Justice Minister Christine Lambrecht told MEPs on the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties (LIBE) on Thursday, 3 September.
If possible, the German Presidency intends to adopt Council of the EU conclusions on the potential of digitalisation to improve access to justice (see EUROPE B12547A16), at the October meeting of EU Justice Ministers.
