ESMA searches for new Chair

16/07/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) launched the recruitment procedure for its next Chair on Wednesday 15 July by publishing a vacancy notice. Steven Maijoor, the current Chair, has reached the maximum number of years allowed to head up the authority — ten years — and will leave his post on 31 March 2021.
