Spanish, Italian, Maltese and Portuguese ministers call for more substantial and coordinated European support for the sector

In a joint statement released on Thursday 2 July, four European ministers responsible for tourism called on the EU to provide a “common and coordinated” response to the crisis currently facing the sector, which has been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
