Imports of ferrosilicon from China and Russia will again be subject to an anti-dumping duty

From 2 July, a definitive anti-dumping duty will be applied to imports of ferrosilicon from China from 15.6% to 31.2% and from Russia from 17.8% to 22.7%.

Identical definitive anti-dumping duties had already been imposed in 2014, following an initial review. As these measures were due to expire, a request for a review was lodged by Euroalliages in January 2019, representing more than 90% of the total European ferrosilicon production.
