Further clarifications by Commission on its proposal on law applicable to effectiveness of assignments of claims against third parties

The European Commission has sent the Member States a new set of clarifications to illustrate the proposal for a Regulation on the law applicable to the effectiveness of assignments of claims (see EUROPE B11979A1).
